Employees handling your credit card

One of my buddies was scammed about a month ago by an employee at an electronics retail store. He brought an item back for a chargeback refund, and one of the employees apparently copied down his name, credit card number, and security code. The card was used online, and police found the thief because the shipping address was his home address

My friend admitted that he probably wasn't paying much attention. Watch your credit card carefully when it's out of your hands!
